RoboCam is great value, with two lenses. Pro adds self-charging, self-righting, a sharper 4MP camera, a cat wand and play modes.
Is there a monthly fee?
No monthly fee. Record free to a microSD card. Cloud storage is optional and paid separately in the app.
Does it work with cats and dogs?
Yes. It is made for cats and dogs. Other pets may be curious or nervous around a moving robot, so watch how yours reacts the first time.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days worldwide.
Does it need WiFi?
Yes. RoboCam connects to your home 2.4GHz WiFi and works with the V360 Pro app on iPhone and Android.
Can my family watch too?
Yes. Up to 5 people can watch at once. You approve each person.
Does it record all day?
It records automatically when it detects movement (your pet or a person). It does not record 24/7 non-stop, to save battery.
Can I watch back what happened?
Yes. Clips saved to the memory card can be replayed in the app by date. You can also take screenshots and save videos to your phone.
Is the laser safe?
It is a low-power play laser. Never shine it into eyes, and always end play with a real toy so your pet gets the "catch".
Does the laser play by itself?
No. There is no auto-play mode. You tap Laser Toy in the app and drive RoboCam around to lead the chase, so it is interactive play, not a toy that runs by itself.
What if it will not connect?
Keep RoboCam close to your WiFi router while you set it up, and use 2.4GHz WiFi. If it still will not connect, message us and we will help.
How long does the battery last?
About 40 minutes of continuous driving and 7 to 10 days on standby on a full charge.
