Welcome to PetMommy. This website is operated by Lana Brothers LLP (UEN T23LL0826H), trading as PetMommy. By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Using the website

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with a parent or guardian.
Keep your account details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Do not use the website for anything illegal or unauthorized.
We may refuse service or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock problems. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

2. Products and pricing

PetMommy sells smart gadgets for pets and related accessories.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping is free to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy.
Product details and prices may change without notice. A change does not affect an order you have already placed and paid for.
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

3. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the countries and within the timeframes in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for giving us an accurate address.

4. Returns and refunds

Our 30-day return policy is in our Refund Policy.

5. Limited warranty (12 months)

Each new PetMommy product has a limited warranty of 12 months from the delivery date against manufacturing defects.

If a covered defect appears, we will repair or replace the product.
The warranty does not cover accidental or physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, normal wear, or damage from an unsuitable power source.
To make a claim, contact support@petmommy.shop with your order number and a description or photos of the problem.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not remove, your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

6. Pet safety and use

Our products are for use with pets in the home. Supervise your pets when they use or play with our products. Never point a laser at the eyes of people or pets. Keep small parts and cables out of reach of pets and children. Optional cloud storage and the mobile app are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and software, belongs to PetMommy or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Do not copy, modify or distribute it without our written permission. Our products are for personal use. Commercial use or resale needs our written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, PetMommy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products, or from using products in a way the manufacturer did not intend. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify PetMommy against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website, to the extent the law allows.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version applies from the date it is posted. Orders you placed before an update are not affected.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
